With New Years just days away, it’s had me thinking…if my plans had been different, what would I wear? Unfortunately work is keeping me from having TOO much fun this year so I’ll likely be ringing in the New Year from the comfort of my home! That being said, it doesn’t mean I can’t start 2020 looking my best.With the help of Pinterest, I’ve found the perfect NYE outfits no matter how or where you’ll be spending the evening! So without further ado, let’s look at some outfits!
1) House Party
In doing a little bit of research for this post, I realized that a lot of people now opt for house parties or even little games nights. Here are a few casual (yet super cute) looks that are perfect for ringing in the New Year at home with friends!
2) Banquet Hall
I’ve been to my fair share of Banquet Hall NYE bashes let me tell you! These events are typically super dressy, making it the perfect way for anyone wanting to get super dolled up to spend the evening! Here are a few looks I think would be perfect for such an occasion! If I were going out this year, I would totally be sporting a fun jumpsuit…there’s always next year right?!
3) Date Night
Of course, another super cute way to ring in the New Year would be out for dinner! Last year, I was working at a trendy little restaurant in downtown Burlington that had THE cutest little New Years evening planned. Think, a super yummy + totally trendy pre-set menu, dim lighting, candles and alll of the champagne! There were dozens of couples dressed up for the evening, making me think it would have been the perfect way to ring in the New Year. With that in mind, here are a few outfits that I think would be perfect should you be spending the evening enjoying a romantic little date night!
4) Solo Night In
Just because you don’t have plans doesn’t mean you can’t get dressed up & ring in the New Year in style! If you’re staying in (like me), here are a few super cute + definitely cozy looks to sport on the 31st. I think I’ll be rocking something similar to look #2; my faux fur sherpa sweater, Lululemon leggings, fuzzy socks and who knows, maybe even a bright lip!
